Game weighting (bonus contribution)

Definition. Game weighting (bonus contribution) shows how much of your bet a casino counts toward a bonus wagering requirement. 100% means every euro wagered counts in full; 10% means only a tenth.

In plain terms. Not every game clears a bonus equally. Slots usually count in full, while table games and live games count much less. That is why the bonus bar barely moves when you play blackjack.

How game weighting works

Bonus terms list a percentage for each game category. Your bet, multiplied by that percentage, is what counts toward the requirement. A common (but casino-specific) pattern: slots ~100%, keno and scratch cards ~100%, roulette and table games ~10–20%, blackjack often ~10% or excluded, video and live games at a lower rate. The exact figures are always in the specific bonus terms.

How it is used at a casino

Example

You bet €100. On a slot (100%) the full €100 counts toward the requirement. On blackjack (10%) the same €100 counts as only €10. For the same money you clear a bonus ten times faster on slots.
