Withdrawal

Transferring winnings from a casino to your bank account or wallet. The first withdrawal requires completed identity verification; money usually goes back via the same channel you deposited with.

Also: withdrawal · withdrawing money · payout of winnings

Definition

A withdrawal is taking winnings or your balance out of a casino to your bank account, card or e-wallet. The process has two parts: the casino approves the request (processing time), and the payment method delivers the money — often the same day to Estonian banks.

Two rules prevent most delays: complete KYC identity verification before your first withdrawal if possible, and bear in mind that money is generally returned via the same payment method you deposited with — an anti-money-laundering requirement.

Example: you request a €300 withdrawal at 10 o’clock. The casino approves it by 12, and via a bank link the money is in the account in the afternoon. An unconfirmed KYC would have added a day or two.

How does a withdrawal work?

1

Submit the request

Choose the withdrawal, amount and payment method in the cashier.

2

The casino reviews it

The request is checked — quickly with a verified account, often within minutes.

3

The money moves

A bank link and e-wallets are fastest; arriving on a card takes longer.

4

Avoiding delays

Do your KYC early, use the same payment method you deposited with, and meet the bonus terms before requesting.

Frequently asked questions

Why is my withdrawal delayed?

The most common reasons: KYC is incomplete, the bonus wagering is unmet, or the request is awaiting manual review. With a verified account and the terms met, Estonian casinos' withdrawals are fast.

Can a casino refuse a withdrawal?

Only with cause — for example unmet bonus terms or unverified identity. A licensed casino can’t withhold winnings arbitrarily; in a dispute you can turn to the regulator.

Guide

Withdrawal speed varies noticeably between casinos. Trustly and Pay N Play casinos are usually the fastest — you can find a comparison in this Trustly fast-payout ranking.
