Satellite tickets issued under the campaign are valid for seven days; they can't be exchanged for other rewards or transferred to other players. Winnings earned with tickets carry no wagering requirement. A player can win only one poker package per major event. Extra packages can't be exchanged for other rewards and carry no value. From the final tournaments players can win tickets in the quantities stated in the poker client's tournament description; tickets beyond the limit carry no value. Unibet contacts ticket and package winners within three business days. If a player wins a ticket or package and doesn't attend the event, the reward loses its value, except when: 1) the event is cancelled before its announced start; 2) travel restrictions tied to the winner or the venue change between winning and the event's start, making travel impossible; 3) the winner can't attend for a medical reason. In those cases the following is allowed: 1) the poker package can be swapped for another live-event package of equal or lower value, with the difference compensated in cash, or exchanged for bonus points; 2) the ticket can be swapped for another live-event ticket of equal value, or for bonus points. If a live event is cancelled during its announced window, reward-value refunds follow the event organiser's rules. Checking the rules and restrictions required to attend is the player's own responsibility; the live event's organiser may impose restrictions of its own, and complying with them is likewise the player's responsibility.
